A rich, old-time specimen of chalcopyrite "blister copper" from the famous Cook's Kitchen Mine of Cornwall. Named for the blistered-appearing botryoidal structure of the chalcopyrite. The bubbly, knobby, blister copper richly covers the top side of the matrix. Excellent and seldom available material for this locale from the Doreen Hammerton collection.
